the service was prompt and accommodating, and our room was clean and cozy. the bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with necessary toiletries. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was delicious and filling. the hotel had some great facilities such as a fitness center and a relaxing lobby.
We did notice that the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved.

The location of the hotel was pretty good; it was quite close to several xmas shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions. the staff were really amiable and provided great customer service, which made our stay more pleasant.
The cleanliness of the room was deplorable; there was dust everywhere, and the bedsheets had stains.

We had a great stay with excellent hotel facilities, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and convenient location. The cleanliness was notably good, and we were happy with the well-maintained rooms. The hotel offers an excellent parking area, which was convenient for us, and transportation options to explore this city were just around the corner. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed the delicious food.

The room had two big windows that offered plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the city. the hotel was conveniently located near the metro station and several restaurants, making dining out a breeze. the room service was prompt and efficient.
The room was not cleaned to standard and the bedsheets had visible stains. the blanket had an unpleasant odor and the floor was covered in dust.
